we work like swans

the most important thing to know when you work in a multinational company is to provide bullshit, or at least be aware of what this word means and apply it properly. once u get to understand what it means and how to ’share’ it in a polite maner, your way to success is almost sure. take me for example, i have struggled to show and to let people know about some values for a long time, and when the case was closed and nothing to work or demonstrate, i have realised how the things are really going. if u want to put all in a nice way, i say we all have to be like swans. we are going into the meetings and we are made ko by the all mighty client, then we have to go out, smile to the team and provide explanations in a good and organised way. most of the time we have to be like swans, to know how deep the water is and what is inside, then float and gliss as if we were the gracious and happy beautiful inocent creature on earth.
satisfaction? people, at least for me.
